Shipping

How long will I have to wait for my watch?
If the watch you order is in stock, we ship it within 24 hours and FedEx will deliver it to you within 1-3 days. If it is in an outside stock, we will ship the watch within 3-6 days.

Is it safe to ship my watch?
Yes, all our watches will be shipped fully insured with FedEx.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. For some locations, however, there are unreasonably high shipping and custom risks. In such cases, we recommend customers to visit us in our locations in Switzerland or Hong Kong to pick up their watch in person.

Can I pick up my watch in person?
Yes, our teams in Switzerland and Hong Kong welcome you to pick up your piece in person. Please get in touch with us to arrange a pick up date.

Payment and Taxes

How do I pay for my watch?
To insure a secure payment for our customers we prefer payment via bank transfer. Payments can be made to our Swiss and Hong Kong accounts. We also accept cash payment or credit card upon pick up. Please note that a 3% surcharge applies for payment with credit cards. We also accept UnionPay at our Hong Kong location.

Which taxes apply when I purchase a watch?
All listed prices are net export plus VAT.
7.7% VAT applies for sales within Switzerland.
Depending on your EU destination, 15-25% VAT applies.
For import to the US, all taxes and duties are included in the price.
No taxes or duties for important to Hong Kong.

Warranty and Return

How long is the warranty for my watch?
Your warranty will usually last for 2 years from the date of your purchase. When you purchase a watch with us you will receive an original warranty card from the manufacturer that is stamped by the authorized dealer, showing the official serial number.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. In the unusual event that we ship the wrong model or the watch is defect when you receive it please contact us immediately for return instructions.

Packaging and Serial Number

Does my watch come in the original packaging?
Yes. All our watches are 100% authentic and come in their original packaging, unless otherwise indicated.

Does my watch have a serial number?
Yes. We only sell watches with an original, engraved manufacturer’s serial number.

Can I take my watch to an authorized dealer for repairs during the warranty period?
Yes.

Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you well?
We prefer to be free to sell luxury watches without the fixed retail prices that authorized dealers have to charge their customers.
